Rich Beggar, Poor Beggar

Dear Friends,
Since i got myself involved with friends from a NGO (AID India) and have started to know RTI in detail me met many people from different walk of life working for a common cause, upliftment of the weaker section of society. These days (from past few months) there is some or the other thought bothering me always and that is when while travelling and seeing the people begging i just tried to get into the reason or the root cause and penned down in the form of a small article which is below.

I am sure we all have encountered beggars (sounds like derogatory work) old men, women ,kids, mother with babies in shabby clothes asking for moneyat Road junctions, Temples, public places etc. They do it because of theirmisery (Unlike the way depicted in Slumdog millionaire where there's beggingmafia is depicted) these are the people with no identity, no homes and maybe no family at all.
Now we have a different breed of beggars (me referring them to as rich beggars) who all have everything in contrast to the real begger with a undying greed for money irrespective of the cost it comes to them (the corrupts are reffered here) If they want a decent living can be lived by them but with the power they weildthe tendency to get corrupt goes up, may be they are responsible for the making of beggars, their own clan but poor.
